Motorcycles to be inspected every six months (S.4422)

Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature to pass S. 4422 to amend the vehicle and traffic law, in relation to requiring motorcycles to be inspected every six months and increasing the fine for operating a motorcycle with improper equipment.
