Community Gardens, Protection (S.2117 A.3669)

Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature to pass A.3669 and S.2127, both introduced on February 3, 1999, by Assemblyman James F. Brennan and Senator John L. Sampson respectively, which would protect community gardens in New York City from sale to developers by dedicating them as parkland of the City.
