Resolution calling upon the New York State Banking Departmen tand the Federal Rserve Board to delay the approval of the proposed merger of Deutsche Bank AG and Bankers Trust Company and calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council of the City of New York to conduct a hearing on the proposed merger.
