HMO, Legally Liable Health Delivery (S.2544-A A.1816)

Resolution calling upon the New York State Senate to pass S.2544-A, already passed by the Assembly as A.1816, which holds HMO's legally liable for the consequences of their decisions with regard to the delivery of health care and calling upon Governor Pataki to sign the measure into law.
