Rent Exemption, Disabled Tenants
Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature to pass enabling legislation, and Governor Pataki to sign into law, allowing New York City to provide a rent increase exemption program for disabled tenants, irrespective of age, who live in rent regulated apartments and whose income is less than $20,000 per year.
