Mentally Ill, Out-Of-Home Beds Funding

Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature and Governor to enact a budget for the 1998-1999 fiscal year which includes funding for at least 1,000 out-of-home beds dedicated to mentally retarded and developmentally disabled individuals now on the waiting list and to increase funding for this program by at least a minimum of $20 million dollars per year.
