SCRIE, Increase Exemption $14,000 or Less

Resolution calling upon the New York State Legislature and the Governor to enact Assembly Bill 3548A, enabling New York City to extend the Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption to eligible seniors with a household income of $14,000 or less where the cost of rent exceeds 25% of household income.
