Medications, Mentally Ill

Resolution calling upon the New York Stat eSenate to co-sponsor NYS Bill A07558 which would expand the Medical Assistance Presumptive Eligibility Program for the coverage of medications only, to include eligible mentally ill individuals who are being discharged from acute care hospitals, jails and prisons by amending Section 364-i of the Social Services Law.
