Open Off-Street Parking, Screen

Resolution calling upon the New York City Planning Commission to amend the New York City Zoning Resolution Sectin 25-66 to require owners of open off-street parking areas, if they choose to screen their property from adjoining residential lots by a wall or fence, to also plan a dense strip of shrubs or trees.
