Sheriffs etal., Defined As Police Officers

Resolution calling upon the members of the New York State Legislature to enact Assembly Bill No. 5498 and Senate Bill No. 3014, which will amend the Criminal Procedure Law to define the Sheriff, Under-sheriffs and Deputy sheriffs of New York City as police officers rather than peace officers.
