Resolution calling upon the Mayor and the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development to give the highest priority to recruiting businesses in the City to employ youth in year-round and summer jobs and to aggressively assume the work formerly undertaken by the City’s Commission on Youth Empowerment Services.
