Resolution calling upon the Legislature of the State of New York to enact Assembly Bill 7539, introduced by Member of the Assembly Nolan and Senate Bill 5108 introduced by Member of the Senate Velella, in relation to amending the Criminal Procedure Law prohibition on the carrying of firearms by New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation police officers.
