Bus Only Lane, Staten Island

Resolution calling upon the Governor and the State Legislature to immediately implement a bus only lane from the Staten Island side of the Verrazano Bridge to the Brookyn Battery Tunnel using the contra-flow method with appropriate safety designs included, and to appropriate the funds necessary to build a bus only lane running on the median of the Staten Island Expressway for its entire length.
