Public Health Expenditures Increase

Resolution calling upon the Governor and the New York State Legislature to amend Article VI, of the State Public Health Law, to increase the State reimbursement rate for loccal public health expenditures to 40 percent for all services eligible for reimbursement under Article VI, and to appropriate funds in the State Fiscal 1998-99 Budget sufficient to reimburse localities at this increased rate.
