Resolution calling upon the Federal, State and City governments to provide economic assistance to the merchants on Clinton Street between Delancey and Houston Streets in Manhattan and calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council to conduct a hearing on the economic impact of the Williamsburgh Bridge construction on the surrounding area.
