Resolution calling upon the Department of Parks and Recreation to establish dog runs in parks and vacant lots in all neighborhoods, the appropriate agencies to impartially enforce the "pooper scooper law" in all neighborhoods, and the Department of Health to develop an outreach program to educate the public about the health risks associated with dog feces.
