Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Awareness Month

Resolution calling upon the Council of the City of New York to proclaim the month of April as Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Awareness month and calling upon the appropriate agencies and departments to adopt programs and implement public educational activities suitable to these observances throughout the year.
