Silent Skies Act of 1999
Resolution calling upon the Congress of the United States to pass H.R.2499, the "Silent Skies Act of 1999" that has been introduced by Representatives Anthony Weiner, Joseph Crowley and other members from both parties in the United States House of Representatives and would require new standards to reduce noise on all aircraft.
