Airplanes, Overflight

Resolution calling upon the Congress and the United States Secretary of Transportation to ensure that major airlines and smaller ones equitably share slots and that the take-off and landing of airplanes be spread-out in time and the flight paths designed in such a manner that the same neighborhoods in all boroughs and in the Metropolitan Area are not subjected to constant overflights.
