Resolution calling upon the City of New York to allocate the Department of Parks and Recreation’s annual capital budget more equitably to all five boroughs, in that the Fiscal Year 2005 capital budget allocations only allotted 42.2% of the budget to the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island, while 57.8% is allotted to Manhattan.
