Music Funding In Schools

Resolution calling upon the Chancellor of the Board of Education to provide music education programs, to hire qualified teachers of music and to adequately fund such programs in all schools; and calling upon the appropriate committee of the City Council to hold hearings on the state of music education in our schools today.
