City College, Bugging Devices

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee to hold oversight hearings on the charges of violation of First and Fourth Amendment consititutinal rights of City College students by the use of bugging devices and hidden camera surveillance of the students' lounge and student organization meetings, and further, on the violation of rights of the surrounding community by the patrol of the community by City College campus police.
