Speed Bumps, Elementary School Children

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Countil to conduct a hearing on the New York City Department of Transporation's progress regarding the installation fo speed bumps and the implementation of other programs that will maximize pedestrian safety for elementary school children.
