Contracts, electric service to streetlights

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council to hold a hearing on the issue of service guarantees in City contracts to assure that electric current will be provided to streetlights and calling upon City agencies to vigorously enforce any existing provisions in its contracts to ensure uninterrupted electric service to streetlights and to modify those contracts to better ensure such electric service.
