Improving Policing, Hearings

Resolution calling upon the appropriate Committee of the Council of the City of New York to hold hearings on the recommendations of a police employee on improving policing, including drug and alcohol testing of officers involved in shootings, target identification training, mentoring, promotional examination points, ethics curriculum and a "customer service" evaluation.
