Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council of the City of New York to hold hearings on the 10 Point Plan that calls for changes in the policy and practices of policing in New York City as presented by a coalition of civic, labor, church organizations and elected officials at the March For Justice on April 15, 1999.
