Civilian Complaint Review Board Complaints, Hearings

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council of the City of New York to hold hearings as to why only one police officer has been fired after 20,000 complaints to the Civil Complaint Review Board in the last four years, and further, why 50% of the CCRB substantiated complaints in 1997 were dismissed by the Police Commissioner.
