Oversight Hearing, N.Y.C. Urban Forest

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council of the City of New York to hold hearings on the Report by the Regional Plan Association and Environmental Action Coalition, "Keeping the Green Promise: An Action Plan for New York City's Urban Forest," and also caling for a more equitable system of planting trees and developing parkland in low-income communities.
