Children, Neglect, Truancy etc., Hearings

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council of the City of new York to hold hearings on educationally neglected children and chronic truancy, and cooperative efforts by the schools, the family, Family Court, the Admnistration for Children's Services, the police, the community and others to implement remedies.
