New York City Housing Partnership Buildings, Hearing

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council of the City of New York to conduct a hearing on the quality of buildings constructed by the New York City Housing Partnership as well as the assistance given to first-time homeowners in the care and maintenance of their new homes.
