Industry Focused Training Program Fund

Resolution calling upon the appropriate committee of the Council of the City of New York to hold hearings on establishing an "industry focused training program fund" to train the unemployed for private industry jobs through the use of tax revenues generated from retention deals funded through the Economic Development Corporation and the Industrial Development Agency.
