Oversight Hearing, Childrens' Immunization

Resolution calling upon the appropraite committee of the Council to hold an oversight hearing on the New York City Board of Education's failure to comply with State Public Health Law Section 2164 which requires that children be fully immunized before admission to, or continuing beyond fourteen days to attend, elementary school.
