Highway Projects State, Independent Engineers

Resolution calling for the New York State Senate and Assembly to support S.1735 and A.2574 that requires the New York State Department of Transportation to retain independent engineers to represent the community in all state highway projects undertaken in New York City, as exemplified by the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway--Meeker Avenue reconstruction project.
