Amending the Criminal Procedure Law.

Resolution calling on the New York State Legislature and the Governor to enact legislation amending the Criminal Procedure Law to allow the admission of business records by use of affidavit for any type of business record, including telephone companies, without the need for live testimony by a custodian of records in grand jury proceedings.
