Graduated Licensing System (S.4765 A.6758)

Resolution calling on the New York State Legislature to pass A6768 and S4765 to amend the vehicle and traffic law which calls for the establishment of a Graduated licensing System (GLS) for teenage drivers in order to reduce the number of traffic accidents among this class for young people.
