Census, Caregivers

Resolution calling on Congress to pass legislation, known as "The Family Caregivers Emuneration Act," to authorize the Secretaryof Commerce to ensure that the Year 2000 Decennial Census includes a count of family caregivers in order to provide a statistical foundation to adi in the research of the increased role of caregivers in America.
