Subway Platform Safety, Hearings

Resolution callin gupon the appropriate committee of the City Council to hold oversight hearings on the current state of subway platform safety, and to consider the feasibility fo using surplus funds accumulated by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to enhance platform safety including, but not limited to, railings or fencing along subway platforms.
