Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 1175 Clay Avenue (Block 2430/Lot 41), 1179 Clay Avenue (Block 2430/Lot 39), 1186 Clay Avenue (Block 2426/Lot 55), 1191 Clay Avenue (Block 2430/Lot 33), 1198 Clay Avenue (Block 2426/Lot 58) and 1394 Clay Avenue (Block 2887/Lot 82), the Bronx, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U.
