No. 848), for the grant of a special permit pursuant to Section 74-41 of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York to allow an arena with a maximum capacity of 22,000 seats within an existing 10-story building on property located at 3-10 Penn Plaza (Block 781, Lots 1, 2 and 10), in C6-4 and C6-6 Districts, partially within the Special Hudson Yards District (Pennsylvania Station Subarea B4) and partially within the Special Midtown District, Borough of Manhattan.
