Resolution approving with modifications the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 990041 PPR, for the disposition of ten (10) city-owned properties located on Chelsea Road between Edward Curry Avenue and Gulf Avenue and Gulf Avenue between Chelsea Road and Edward Curry Avenue (Block 1780/Lots 69 and 210), Meredith Avenue between South Avenue and the West Shore Expressway (Block 2800/Lot 300), the corner of Sheridan Avenue and Crist Street (Block 3165/Lot 15), McLaughlin Street between Reynaud and Oceanside Avenues (Block 3413/Lot 26), the corner of Oceanside Avenue and Wentworth Avenue (Block 3415/Lot 53), the bed of Oceanside Avenue between Vulcan and Quintard Streets (Block 3427/Lots 200, 260 and 300), and near the intersection of Vulcan Street and Oceanside Avenue (Block 3500/Lot 60), Staten Island (L.U.
