Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 140056 ZSM (L.U. No. 24), for the grant of a special permit pursuant to Section 74-712(b) of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York to modify the height and setback requirements of Section 43-43 (Maximum Height of Front Wall and Required Front Setbacks) to facilitate the development of a 12-story mixed use development on a zoning lot where not more that 20 percent of the lot area is occupied by existing buildings as of December 15, 2003, located at 688 Broadway (Block 531, Lot 4), in an M1-5B District, within the NoHo Historic District, Borough of Manhattan.
