Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 990240 ZSM (L.U. No. 472), a special permit pursuant to Section 74-711 of the Zoning Resolution, to modify the special height limitation requirements of Section 23-692 (Height Limitations for Narrow Buildings or Enlargements) and the rear yard requirements of Section 23-47 (Minimum Required Rear Yards) and to allow the stair and elevator bulkhead and water tank located above the roof of the building to exceed the maximum height and width limitations of Section 23-62(c) (Permitted Obstructions).
