Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on Application No. N 990497 ZRM, an amendment to the text of the Zoning Resolution relating to Section 81-82 (Special Regulations on Permitted and Required Uses) of the Fifth Avenue Subdistrict, to add Studios-television or radio, as a permitted use on the ground floor within the Subdistrict by adding such use to Use Group F set forth in Section 81-82(c) (L.U. No. 449).
