Resolution to adopt a budget appropriating the amounts necessary for the support of the government of the city of New York and the counties therein and for the payment of indebtedness thereof, for the fiscal year beginning on July 1, 1999 and ending on June 30, 2000 in accordance with the provision of the Charter of the City of New York.
