Requiring schools and child care programs to stock epinephrine devices.
This bill would require New York City (“NYC”) Department of Education schools, charter schools, nonpublic primary and secondary schools, and school-based child care programs regulated by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to stock epinephrine devices.
