Int 1439-2025

Requiring a school crossing guard at each school enrolling students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

This bill would require that, from September 1, 2026, onward, the NYPD deploy at least one school crossing guard at all kindergartens, elementary schools, and middle schools citywide.
