Requiring the police dept to publish the dept’s disciplinary guidelines and the number of officers disciplined each year, and to provide a disciplinary action report directly to the Council.
This bill would require the New York City Police Department to publish disciplinary guidelines and aggregate disciplinary reports, and would require the NYPD to provide a disciplinary action report to the Council.
