Int 1488-2019

Requiring the NYPD to obtain information on the disposition of sex offense cases and requiring the mayor’s office of criminal justice to report on outcomes of sex offense cases.

This bill would require the Police Department to obtain information on the disposition of sex offense cases. Additionally, the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice would be require to compile information related to sex offense case disposition and report on such outcomes.
