Requiring the dept of social services and the dept of homeless services to provide drug treatment services.
In an effort to combat the City’s opioid epidemic, this bill requires that department of social services to offer access to drug treatment services at all HASA facilities and requires the department of homeless services to offer access to drug treatment services at all shelters.
