A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of transportation to investigate vehicle collisions

The proposed bill would amend the DOT’s crash investigation and analysis unit to expand the definition of serious vehicular crash, require that investigations be commenced within one week and completed within one month, and require more detailed reporting of such investigations.
